Gade and Lexi!!! Huge thanks to these girls for helping me fix a problem on my account DAYS before my wedding. I came in bridechilla then bridezilla when I realized I wasn’t going to be able to tan. Both these ladies worked to reach out to client services to help solve my issue. So thankful to them for sorting it out, remaining patient and even staying past hours to help me. Really meant a lot!!!

I recently started getting spray tans here. An associate name Jennifer has helped me both visits. She’s amazing, super helpful and very kind. She had a line of people waiting at the door and was very patient with people. The tans are awesome and last a week or more. Love my spray tans at Sun Tan city!Tanning

I get really irritated with the high turn over. It wouldn’t be so bad if the staff really knew the packages. Unfortunately the package prices changed over the years and they see what you pay and assume you don’t have the unlimited all inclusive one.. then try and charge you for a spray tan. I have never had to pay but yet this girl did not read my file and after debating it with her she then saw I get all services… waste of 15 minutes

Critical:ValueJust left the Hurstbourne lane location and will never return. I purchased two tanning visits for $50 ($25/each) for the instant beds. I was sold on the bed my first visit and had a great experience. My second visit was a different bed entirely and I think I came out less tan…that was yesterday. I went in the location today because they dont accept phone calls. An older woman (her name eludes me but was on shift at noon on 5/15/21), listened to my polite complaint and new I was unsatisfied. Her answer was only to try and sell me more visits!! What?! Why would I buy more when I was just misled and wasted $25 on one visit?! I could go on about how aloof she was but the bottom line is this is a place I would never become a member of and glad I tried before I joined! Just left the Hurstbourne lane location and will never return. I purchased two tanning visits for $50 ($25/each) for the instant beds. I was sold on the bed my first visit and had a great experience. This is a great tanning salon. Friendly knowledgeable staff. I enjoy going to this salon all year long! They offer all levels of tanning and 2 different spray tans. You can do a clear spray tan or choose from several colors from light to dark. If you need help all you have to do is pick up the phone in your room and call the front desk. Excellent service and always very clean.

Susie was so sweet and helpful! She explained all the deals to me and helped me find a bundle that worked for my price range and what I wanted a tan for. I came in for the 99¢ tan and left buying the 3 day package because of how good of a deal it was. She also let me know I had a free tan for my birthday. Both ladies were very nice and made sure my experience was more than exceptional. Can’t wait to come back next month for my birthday tan!

This Sun Tan City is the best one in Louisville! The employees are friendly and they get you checked in quickly. It is clean, bright, and inviting inside. From the time I walked into the door until I got to a bed was less than 30 seconds. While trying to tan on my lunch break, time is important!
