Former Employee.
I would not recommend being a client and/or employee at this Suntan City location.
During my employment I had many customers complain about how rude/snobby our manager was.
Manager also failed to help run the salon when no one was there to open- instead calling one of her employees to fix the issue.
Within the month of July and most of August the company's washing machine was broken and we were forced to continue to run ~dirty~ used towels through the BROKEN washing machine - to then put them in the dryer and continue to use them to disinfect and clean beds even though they weren't properly washed.
Manager will push you to buy products even after you have told her no, just to boost her own sales. (Customer complaint) She goes as far as lying about sales or leaving out important information to get you to buy products or a membership. And then proceeds to make an ugly comment about the customer when they leave the salon.
You'd be better off driving an extra 30 minutes to the Bellevue location rather than coming here and wasting your time and money.

Love this location. Beds are clean and if you want them to clean them again they will. The ladies are always very friendly even when you arrive 15 mins before closing. This is one of the best locations. Only thing is some of the fast best beds are bigger and a little better than the other but not much to complain about when they are clean and get hot.

I've tanned at a Sun Tan City before and I loved it, but I was disappointed in this location. First, it was expensive! They charged almost $11 for a 10 minute session, and I'm used to paying $6 - $7 for 15 or 20. Also, they also don't furnish protective eye wear which I've never heard of before. The staff weren't very friendly. I won't be coming back.
Update: I also didn't even tan. I can't see a difference in my skin tone.
